We are pleased to announce an exciting partnership between Baskin-Robbins and the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) that will benefit local fire service organizations nationwide.
On Wednesday, May 2, 2007, Baskin-Robbins stores across the country will offer 31 Cent Scoop Night, from 5:00 - 10:00 pm. Baskin-Robbins franchisees will roll back prices to 31 cents to honor America’s firefighters and will ask consumers to donate to local fire charities. We need your help to make this program a success.
On a national level, Baskin-Robbins will make a $100,000 donation to NFFF to mark the event and reinforce its commitment to the firefighting community. Read more about our programs at www.firehero.org.
At a local level, Baskin-Robbins franchisees would like to help raise money for YOUR local fire service organization. The 31 Cent Scoop Night event, at participating Baskin-Robbins locations nationwide, can support your fire service organization, but we need your help.
Baskin-Robbins franchisees are inviting local firefighters to their stores on Wednesday, May 2. Involvement at a local Baskin-Robbins store could include any or all of the following:
- Presence of firefighters from your organization collecting money that will directly go to your fire service organization or to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation
- Firefighters taking photos with consumers in front of the store with your fire truck
- Firefighters scooping ice cream at Baskin-Robbins
Your local Baskin-Robbins franchisee will be reaching out to arrange to have representatives from your organization at their store on Wednesday, May 2, 2007. We encourage you to contact franchisees as well.
