Sending in Pledge Forms
Once your department is 100% compliant, you will need to do the following to submit your pledge sheet:
- Fax your pledge form to the number for the time zone you are in: 1-866-638-3842 Eastern or Pacific; 817-295-3145 Central; 817-297-0232 Mountain.
- Email batla@trainingdivision.com to ensure your department is listed on the 100% compliant list on www.TrainingDivision.com.
Listing on the 100% Compliant Website
Listings of 100% compliant departments are listed at www.TrainingDivision.com. These listings are usually updated on a weekly basis. If you have questions on the status of your department being added to this website please email batla@trainingdivision.com
Certificates
A certificate will be issued to recognize your department's achievement of 100% pledged seatbelt use. Your Everyone Goes Home® State Advocate will contact you to confirm how you'd like to receive your certificate: by mail, by E-mail and/or arrange a formal presentation. If you have questions about the status of your certificate please contact Jean Coil at jcoil@fhgov.com.
